Real time interchange of jobs / orders and tracking updates
Integration between the NetDespatch web servers and a ‘back office’ transport management or dispatch systems is enabled by the free NetDespatch Windows/PC application ‘WebSync’ which can be downloaded from the NetDespatch authorised users Administration Menu.
At user-defined intervals NDWebSync will open (via an Internet connection) a secure connection to the NetDespatch web servers. It exchanges with the 'back office' system any new transactions (orders / jobs or tracking updates) as shared 'flat' ASCII files.
