Customer service is a top priority at NetDespatch and we are looking for an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team in the heart of Marlow’s town centre. Our customers are very enthusiastic about the web services we provide and look to our help desk staff to assist them in day to day operational issues as well as creating innovative solutions for seamless systems integration with their customers. Joining our expanding team as an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst offers a wide variety of work; your day might include anything from first line helpdesk support for web browsers and thermal printers, to management of all cases for a major account, or solutions support for complex systems integrations. NetDespatch offers IT Helpdesk staff the opportunity to learn new skills such as report writing and account management, and supports a wide variety of training opportunities for both personal and business development.

To succeed in this role you will need to maintain a high standard of customer service at all times; you will be required to take ownership of a variety of operational issues and respond to all enquiries in an efficient and friendly manner; you will need to decide when to refer and escalate issues to second and third line support personnel; and you may be required to work longer hours at times to ensure that an issue is resolved. Additional duties of case reporting and analysis may be required, making this a varied and challenging role.

Essential to your success in this opportunity will be your excellent telephone manner, previous IT helpdesk experience, and extensive knowledge of Internet Explorer / Firefox and other web browsers, as well as Microsoft based PC operating systems and peripherals such as thermal printers. Knowledge of the express transport industry would be considered an advantage.
